Multiple Sclerosis Center

The MS Center at EvergreenHealth improves the quality of life for multiple sclerosis patients and their families through a comprehensive program of diagnosis, treatment and support.

Key services at the MS Center include:

  • Initial diagnostic evaluations
  • Second opinion consultations
  • Comprehensive neurological care
  • Comprehensive rehabilitative care, including neuropsychological assessments and counseling
  • Counseling for social and vocational issues
  • Access to cutting-edge clinical trials and independent research
  • 3 Tesla state-of-the-art MRI using National MS Society guidelines to optimize quality of study
  • Convenient access to outpatient infusion services

The MS Center is part of EvergreenHealth Neurological Care at the EvergreenHealth Neuroscience, Spine & Orthopedic Institute. The state-of-the-art facility offers experts in MS care, patient-friendly access, an on-site clinical research lab, and comprehensive rehabilitation services.

By bringing our key services together under one roof, we are able to coordinate complex care issues with our network of specialty providers.

The MS Center also works with an established network of subspecialists who provide their expertise as needed.

We are affiliated with the Greater Northwest Chapter of the National MS Society, which provides additional important community resources and education.

Partners in MS Care is a National MS Society program that recognizes and supports quality MS care.

People affected by MS are at the center of everything we do, and taking all steps to ensure optimal care and support is at the heart of the program.

The society believes that people living with MS receive optimal care and support when strong collaborative relationships exist between health care professionals and the Society.

Certain criteria must be met to be recommended as a Partner in MS Care, such as MS experience, demonstrated MS knowledge and involvement in MS community and in National MS Society activities.
