Assistive technology (AT) can be life changing for people who have limitations due to multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease or other neurological disorders. This workshop will show you tools to help you move, manage self-care and household tasks, drive, and cope with visual impairment or cognitive problems.
There is also information about resources in our community to help you find AT tailored to your specific needs and learn to use it, as well as resources to help you pay for AT and modifications to your vehicle or home.

Resilience: The Key to Living Well with MS

Resilience involves dealing with challenges, making adjustments and bouncing back so you can continue to find satisfaction in life. It's what enables us to thrive in the face of adversity. The good news is that resilience is a skill that we can all develop and improve.

There are things you can do to effectively manage these symptoms and minimize the impact on your life. Our panel of experts present how you can proactively manage these symptoms and effectively communicate about them with partners and others close to you.
