The Parkinson's Care Center is part of EvergreenHealth Neurological Care at the EvergreenHealth Neuroscience, Spine & Orthopedic Institute. The state-of-the-art facility offers experts in Parkinson's and movement disorder care, patient-friendly access, an on-site clinical research lab and comprehensive rehabilitation services.

Clinical Trials
EvergreenHealth is part of a large Parkinson's disease (PD) consortium through the National Institutes of Health.
Parkinson Study Group: The largest not-for-profit scientific network of credentialed Parkinson Centers comprised of experienced investigators and coordinators from academic/research institutions in North America. Research is conducted to find new treatments for PD, as well as new ways to diagnose PD and related neurological disorders. PSG trial sites are selected on the basis of their experience and performance in conducting clinical research studies in Parkinson's disease.

Insurance often covers our clinical services. We'll even help you seek authorization for our services.
Our Employment and Disability Insurance Advocacy program social workers provide consultation to patients about employment protections and benefits as well as education and advocacy throughout the short-term, long-term and Social Security Disability Insurance processes.
Hope Kits
In partnership with Northwest Parkinson's Foundation, we provide geographically tailored community resource packets to patients and families who are newly or recently diagnosed with Parkinson's.

The Center is named after former Washington Governor Booth Gardner, who lived with Parkinson's.
