Specialty Programs

The Booth Gardner Parkinson's Care Center offers specific programs to help you enhance your quality of life. Our programs are tailored for patients who live locally as well as for those who live at a distance.

Comprehensive Care Program

This two-day appointment is designed especially for patients who live at a distance from the clinic but would like to take advantage of our team approach. It includes both medical evaluation and work with our rehabilitation team.

Spasticity

Spasticity may be caused by diseases such as cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, stroke, spinal cord injury and brain trauma. Learn more about treatment for spasticity

Botulinum Toxin Clinic

We offer Botox and Myobloc treatment for patients with spasticity and dystonia.

Apokyn Medication Clinic

A half day clinic for the administration of the initial dose of Apokyn for patients considering additional medication options for their Parkinson's disease. Learn more about Apokyn treatment

Cognitive and Emotional Health (Neuropsychology)

Services to diagnose and treat problems relating to thinking skills and psychological difficulties such as anxiety or depression. Learn more about neuropsychology services

Gait and Balance Program

Provides an extensive medical and rehabilitation evaluation by our movement disorder neurologist and physical therapist to evaluate and treat gait and balance problems. Learn more about the Gait & Balance program
