We tailor our therapy to your unique situation. Our rehabilitation services are available to patients at EvergreenHealth Medical Center, to the community at our outpatient rehabilitation facility and through EvergreenHealth Home Care.

Rehab Facilities at the DeYoung Pavilion

EvergreenHealth Rehabilitation Services is located in the DeYoung Pavilion on the south side of the EvergreenHealth Kirkland campus.

The rehabilitation facility covers the entire second floor, with the best equipment to make it a high-tech as well as high-touch rehab service. The vibrant space is designed to enhance the patient experience and promote well-being.

Free parking is available in the Pavilion's surface lot or in the underground garage.

Sound Transit also runs several bus routes to the Totem Lake Transit Center, located just outside the building.
