Our physical therapists (PT) are experts in how the body works to support our everyday movement and lifestyle goals. They spend the extra time you need to help improve your quality of life, from easing everyday aches and pains to treating more serious problems that prevent flexibility and movement.

With locations in Kirkland, Kenmore and Monroe, our therapists are here to help you achieve the best possible outcomes.  

Diagnosis and Treatment

Your physical therapist (PT) will partner with you and your care team to diagnose and treat pain and other medical conditions that limit your ability to move and perform functional activities in your daily life.

After an examination and diagnosis, your PT will develop an individualized care plan to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function and restore function.

Your PT will also teach you how to take care of yourself and maintain your progress, so you can prevent the pain, discomfort or an injury from returning.

Rehabilitation

You may need physical therapy following surgery or injury. Physical therapy can begin while you're still in the hospital and continue at our outpatient center after you've returned home.

Your PT will work together with your physician or surgeon to design the best plan for your recovery and return to your normal activities.

Referral

Talk with your health care provider about a referral to EvergreenHealth Outpatient Rehabilitation Services; ask them to complete and sign our referral form.
