Brain Injury Rehabilitation
Our brain injury services meet the needs of those who have sustained a traumatic brain injury, anoxic brain injury, brain tumor or have other types of neurological disorders.
We also offer a separate Outpatient Stroke Rehabilitation program
To be accepted into the program, you must be medically stable and able to participate in services delivered in our outpatient setting.
Our experienced treatment team will work with you and your family to formulate and implement achievable outcome goals, with the primary emphasis on returning to work, school and community activities. Your program is tailored to meet identified needs in a consumer friendly, cost-conscious and efficient manner.
Our Services
Our services are provided in the warm supportive environment of our outpatient rehabilitation center at DeYoung Pavilion. Each program service is designed to maximize recovery from brain injury and other types of neurological impairments, and to help you develop the critical skills necessary to lead as productive and fulfilled a life as possible.
